OUR FEES EXPLAINED

We don't have expensive London offices...

We don’t go out for fancy meals. We’ve done away with the frills to focus on the stuff that matters. Moving at pace to ensure we present you with a considered, qualified shortlist that’s right for you and your business.

 

We are committed to 100% transparency. Fees charged are the same across the board and fully visible on our website.

We charge a standard flat rate 20% on base salary only (not on bonus, car allowance or any other kind of remuneration, and you won't find any admin fees with us either)

of fee payable at the start of the search

of fee payable on signing of employment contract

of fee payable on the day your new hire starts

We don’t believe in encumbering our clients with big bills before they see results, and instead charge a small sum upfront to cement our partnership and commitment to the project and help cover the considerable investment of time required to build your quality shortlist.

We’ll get it right first time
